Everything but cosmetics can be bought with exp, and they dropped the exp costs tremendously. You
can unlock every class and their best weapons by rank 30.

fucking company not realizing they have way too high cost on shit and only lowering it once the
damage has been dealt and people stopped playing.
the most annoying thing about tribes ascend is however still:
+ shazbot. fucking shazbot every god damn second of a match.
+ can't chat because 1) nobody notices it 2) it's bumped away by shazbot (retarded that shazbot
creates a text chat and not only the sound) and 3) because once the game ends the chat goes away
after a second so you cant really talk at all unless you bring up the console, which people dont

+ you can't auto-respawn by clicking before the countdown ends, which is fucking annoying
+ people with max account level plays with people with account level 10. since the low levels get
completely owned and dont want to pay to win they stop playing and the game sucks even more
in short Tribes Ascend is pay to win and has fucking annoying chat and serious problem with
matching player skills (not enough low levels to make them play against other low levels and low
levels stop playing because they have to play against high levels). other than that it's pretty
entertaining if you dont get owned completely.
