This video is pretty awful, but I've heard worse stories about CBT. There's a story someone
posted on /b/ that gets passed around. The guy was into CBT and finally found a girl that was
into it too. Once she got him tied up, she completely mangled his cock and balls with a metal
claw, despite his desparate screams and cries for help, safeword, etc. When it was all over, he
was messed up so badly that nearly everything had to be amputated, including both of his balls.
Turns out the girl was just a psychopath who was looking for an opportunity to disfigure someone
for life.
CBT: not even once.
To be fair, though, the story could have been completely made up by the guy as some kind of
fantasy. There were no pics or anything so it's impossible to know for sure.
