The fact is it's much easier to not be noticed than you think. Most people mind their own
business and don't really care what's going on around them. Let's say you got on the subway, or
buss, or whatever public transportation you occasionally take to wherever, can you honestly tell
me a day or two later you would remember what the guy who passed you to get off looked like with
confidence?
Maybe you have a really good memory, or just a thing for faces and could, but the truth is I
don't think most people do, and unless something shocking happens to hammer the memory into your
head it's either forgotten or unreliable, sometimes even if something does happen. I recall
reading somewhere that most eye witness testimony is near worthless with how little most of these
people recall, and when they do recall something they usually recall wrong.
