This game is fucking impossible until you figure out how to use the cat's behavior against it.
what other anons say is correct, the cat will always go to the closest exit, so trick it into
wasting moves moving towards an exit you can block with a single click, while you build a wall
around the rest of the map.

Work around the cat, not next to it. It will always move towards the exit with the fewest spaces
and steps. Your only focus is to create a perimeter around it, so rounds that offer more spaces
already filled in are easier.
