Flash is made by CHICAGO-lollie in 2007 and was originally called "Infinite Interruption":

The song was apparently custom-made for this flash and as far as I can tell does not exist in this
form other than in this flash.
As he writes the song is a "butchered" version of "Rubicon" by Alan Braxe and Fred Falke + Pacman
Intermission. I don't know if "Pacman Intermission" is part of the artist name since he isn't clear
about that in the Infinite Intermission post (where you can hear the non-butchered version):
