This was made in Uganda. They say that in the video. Besides, I don't even know what your
argument is, you seem to think that the country held a committee and decided to fund a movie
instead of making farms. The two aren't mutually exclusive, and there are tons of individual
people with individual talents.
If they are fit enough to make a kung-fu action movie and well-off enough to have the gear to do
so and computers for special effects, then they are obviously well-off enough to not need to be
subsistence farmers.
Besides, most issues of hunger in Africa (but not all) are issues derived from poor
infrastructure, where it's hard to store the food properly and/or get it to people who need it.
