as far as I can figure
you collect points by putting down matching suits
but whenever you put down a card that's equal or more to your opponent, you have to take that
many drinks
Getting the opponent drunk makes them lose the round. 3 wins - win.

the more cards in the hold pile the more your drunkenness decreases at the end of your turn,
there are also some special effects, but i don't know what triggers them or how to tell some of
them apart.
general strategy: keep as many cards as possible in the hold pile and just play whatever is in
your hand unless it will make you lose. you may end up winning in point value at the end and
defiantly will with the bonus for having 3 lives left.
bottom option twice after winning 3 rounds to avoid piss porn scenes
