  It is not actually spreading "All Over Africa." It is contained in three West African countries,
  and being tramped down even in those regions. It spreads only through wet-to-wet contact, as the
  virus cannot survive outside a very narrow temp and environmental range. It is not airborne. The
  folks who actually contracted it in the US were not in containment gear at the time they were
  infected.
