No, it automatically saves a file when you hit the save button
Meaning that if you saved it at all, at least once, you should have a save file so you don't
start from scratch

at any rate, I suggest you save the file from this one (it automatically copies it to your
clipboard) and then open up the website and import it.
You'll never have to worry about losing it again
