What started WW2 was Germany ignoring the conditions of surrender, or the Treaty of Versailles
set during WW1 and Britain plus France's failure to action. The Treaty of Versailles basically
neutered Germany, so war was inevitable. Britain themselves were, eventually willing, to change
the provisions and offer reparations but by that point Hitler had rose to power. When Hitler
denounced the provisions, and began rebuilding it's army France just kind of sat there with
thumbs up it's ass because they didn't want to war. When Hitler marched on France's
borders,France -and- Britain still wouldn't react. Only when marched on Czecho did they FINALLY
do something. What did they do? They fucking gave it to him, expecting him to be satisfied. Those
dipshits even signed the Munich pact, giving Czech to Germany, and the kicker was they didn't
even invite Czech to the summit themselves. From there was it just a dissent into a war they laid
the entire groundwork for.

german dismantled it's army, so no. the versailles was not a operating rule. FRANCE IN OTHER HAND
BROKE THE TREATY, by instead of dismantling, actually manufacturing further armor vehicles for
their army.
