The last good console was the PS2, as the year 2000 marked the end of consoles permanently.
Everything since then, including XBOX and Gamecube, has been complete garbage.
Consoles were necessary back when the computer gaming scene was still young, especially because
japan only had an interest in making console games. Now that the PC gaming industry is so huge,
consoles are just a relic of the past that games and devs alike are too stubborn to let go of.
