It's simple.
You are feeling grief for the loss of your sense of joy.

I lost all capability of feeling strong emotion more than a decade ago, due to what was possibly
a stroke.
All I have left is a vague sense of sadness, and a strange feeling of expectation.
It keeps me level headed in extreme situations, but I have difficulty in planning for a future I
don't care about.
