I managed to figure it out.
Go to C:\Users\-Your name-\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\Random letters\
Copy the accountSO.sol file from the site you want to transfer the save from
Paste it into the folder of the site you want to transfer it to.
Something like that.

Seriously?
Click the wrench in the top right corner. There click Save and select where to save at.
The game then creates a NotePad file that contains a lot of seemingly random gibberish.
Open the game on another site, there click the wrench again and then Import,
In the window that opens, enter the gibberish from the NotePad file,
SHAZAAM
You can now play Clicker Heroes somewhere else and stop wasting space on /f/
