I think I know what piece you mean. In the hall outside your room, click on the blue
painting-looking thing. Open it and take the box, then go into the room on the left with the guy
covering his eyes and give him the box. Take the figurine that comes out and put it back in where
you found the box.

When you give the box to the guy I mentioned earlier, it shows a code on his forehead and an
arrow which indicates that you're supposed to read it backwards. There's also a diagram somewhere
in the game that shows you to read his code backwards also.

I got to the second hallway thing, with both pieces that look like they fit in the exit's panel,
but I can't seem to do anything with them.
Also, the picture on the wall in 235's room has a bit on the right you can click to get to
another version? of the chamber with the fuse box/electric chair boy. Not sure if that's
intentional, I doubt it.
