My first attempt at video/audio editing. Still ticked off at the gap in the loop.
Marked for deletion (old).

This could easily still be larger with a better encoding.
Plenty of space left before max upload size.
You're just over half the allowed space.
Love it though. Keep at it. You'll get it the way you like it.

I wound up with an AVI file after editing and the program I found to convert to flash didnt give
me any size options, any suggestions on a better one? The AVI is about 55 megs and doest have the
pause at the end.

I don't know very much myself about settings for flash encoding and such. I've never really
converted files to flash, only heard others efforts on here.
Hopefully someone will swing by and help.

There's no reason to make bloated .swfs even though internet speed is no longer a restriction. 10
mb for a shortish loop is just stupid imo.

But just look at this shitty quality. Even if loop is extremely short fade effect and RED RED
EVERYWHERE just wrecks video encoders. It's not fun to look on those squares.

anybody know?

This.
Encoders generally hate red colors and are usually designed to treat with less respect since red
colors tend to be a foundational color in scenes, rather than structural.
Even JPG compression does it as well. Which is why it was always fucking annoying when people
made image macros or informational / commentary text using red. Fuck.
So that is why it will be a bitch to get this looking nice without a high file size.
