Yes, there is more information elsewhere.
Anyway it sounds like he had his initial hearing today, was granted bail, and will return for
trial on February 5th.
I doubt they'll put him in actual jail, but hopefully the courts of our fine county will see fit
to force him into some kind of class or program.

Wow seems like the Usa is a total asshole for sending someone into prison for something like
that, is that all he did?I think a normal financial penalty or some social work as a punshiment
would have been enough, seriously i feel sry for him the whole world seems to be hating him, but
