Well he HAS just been born.
As for whether hes helping or hurting him... hes a doctor, on video camera. Very likely what hes
doing is not going to be harming him.
Its probably a suction device, since i cant think of much else it could be.
Sadly the child seems to be a Harlequin baby, which basically means his skin is painful scaly
infection prone plates rather than an actual covering (thanks God!) so survival is unlikely,
though not totally impossible.
