  I heard a sub-audible tone the first time I watched this. As soon as I heard it my my spine
  straightened and I instantly held my chin high.
  I lowed my chin about 2 seconds before I saw the mushroom cloud/explosion.
  It was some strange high frequency/pitch sound.

  We really do need to pop these off more often. How many megatons is this one? It doesn't really
