You should be able to leave Tel'Adre
from the man city menu (with leave) or by using one of the services in town (going to the gym and
working out should do it if you don't want to fuck anything in town).

They're level 6, you're probably level 1 or 2 if you just started exploring the forest.
Try exploring for a couple levels, then maybe the lake or desert till you're level 4, then you
can try to fight the tentacle rape monsters in the forest.

You're meant to eat the random shit your find, or drink cum to eat until you can get to Tel'Adre,
or the goblin salon (in which you can feed yourself by going to the glory holes).
I agree that the hunger mechanic is bullshit though.
