It's called taking 40 individual frames from a camcorder and and changing the filters to Hell and
back in .SAI. I really like the 8bit, grainy look. If you're asking about the color change, it's
just by increasing the hue by 5 with each frame. Took longer figuring out how to upload it than
actually making it, but like I said, I'd like to make it seamless.

Play more with the plugins man, it shouldn't be this obvious that you're using all the default
presets in FL Studio. I like it a lot though!
