Where are the last five?
I've gone above the map to get those stars, and hit every single block I could, and have fourteen
empty/hidden and now revealed blocks.
I was assuming it'd just be five stars in a block somewhere.

right of those two empty/previously hidden blocks. And, of course, above that was the block
containing five stars.
