It does do something, but you have to spam it.
I can't get the fourth ending (with the bear trap) to work. Can't even see the bear trap.

Wait, there's four endings?
Just cheat for the bear trap, when the music changes to a beat double time right click and hit
"forward" and advance frame by frame till the bear trap comes up.
What are the other endings?

You get another ending by clicking the hot dog that appears right in front of the dog when the
pentagram flashes on the screen. So the endings are:
1) Do nothing
2) Tap space
3) Click the hot dog
4) Click the bear trap
