Just got it, that blue bar that fills up as you pick up money, just spam between 3 or 4 beat
areas to continue picking up money until the bar fills, and it will turn cyan. Afterwards the top
right box opens and gives you 200 x level money.

I did it over 2/3 up on the left side. I moved my mouse between 3 of the missions while clicking
constantly but wasn't thorough in picking them up, so I was always pickup up some gold on a
second or third pass that I missed prior. That combined with my ~45 recovery< I was able to
always be picking up dosh.
