I really hated Madoka.
I'm not allowed to criticize it because its a parody, so everything wrong with it is just a trope
they emulated. I think the show was trash for a long list of reasons, but I liked the PS2 Witch

I enjoyed Haruhi because it's a sci-fi anime pretending to be a slice-of-life anime. It's very
subtle, and the slice-of-life stuff can come off pretty strong sometimes, so I don't hold it
against other people if they don't like it. But I found the subversion to be just enough to keep
me interested.
Also I don't care what anyone else says, Endless Eight was genius.

I don't understand how anyone can watch anime. I saw the first three episode of Jojo because a
friend physically forced me to and the dialogue is so shallow. All the characters ever do is
narrate EVERY. SINGLE. THING they do. As soon as Dio transforms into a vampire they talk back and
forth, explaining everything that just happened while just...standing there.
If all the dialogue in the entire series was cut by 60%, the show wouldn't run at a snail's pace
and not have to be constantly interrupted by pointless dialogue that explains everything directly
to the audience as if they're retarded.

that is the second season e.e and its kinda stupid but if you skipped past the repeat episodes,
you'd see that the reason why this happened was because the main guy didn't do the right thing,
and as haruhi is god, the reality warped till the right action was made. Every episode within
that 8 episode arc they had different outfits on to illustrate this problem as well.
(while ill agree that they could have taken a hint from space dandy with their episode on a
similar subject, but it's still good if you get past that

yeah, I understood the whole point of Endless 8, but it just felt like a massive cop-out on the
part of the studio. Yeah, they had to reanimate most things because of the change of costumes,

Is it just me or did the addition of stands really make Jojo boring? It's still fun to watch and
in one of the latest episodes with Iggy was very entertaining, but most of the the time Jotoro
just stands around waving his stand. While it still has all its antics and charm all the fights
just seem so much less visceral. Does this change later on?

From what I could tell, Jojo's was going at break neck speed compared to most anime I've seen. In
fact, I don't think I've seen an anime cover so much plot in just three episodes as Jojo's does.
Most decent anime I've seen are in their introductory phase for about three to five episodes but
this one seems to have gotten it done in one or two.
Also, gotta appreciate the King Arthur-esque fight scenes in this. (e.g. vampire shattering Dio's
shoulder by sending him flying from just a tap) Even if obnoxiously powerful fights aren't
aesthetically pleasing to some folk, it should at least be comedic, I'd think.
