Anyone else hearing really high pitched painful noises in this?

There's a bit of high pitched stuff right at the start, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it
painful.

The noise continue throughout, in time with the music. It's almost at the limit of my hearing
range, maybe 13kHz? I've always had sensitive ears so this is pretty painful for me
