Risk rules
If you think about it from a design standpoint, it's the best way to do it.

Tie counts as a loss if you're attacking.
Tie counts as a win if you're defending.
That said, feels like the game fucking cheats.

I've been playing this game for ages.
Protips:
Keep your lands connected.
Thwart opponents by isolating their lands; the largest connected group is their number of new
dice per round, so smaller groups are a liability that take up dice allocation probability
without giving more dice. You can use that to bring down a large opponent.
Keep your opponents fighting each other.
Work your way into a peninsula if you can, it's easier to defend.
Attack with a dice majority if you can, you'll usually win at no losses.

>>2794616
When you have 7 lands or more and your remaining opponents are strong too, play conservatively
and don't spend more dice per round than you gain.
Somehow, probabilities are not properly independent here; you'll often notice winning streaks and
losing streaks within one turn of one player. Cut your losses if it looks like you're doing badly
this round.
Take advantage of the fact that you're the only player with human intelligence. They don't know
use border defences. You should.

Why does the AI stop attacking each other once you're on the up and up?
I've only won once and by the time I was winning they never attacked each other even if it'd give
them a chance to attack one of my weak points.

When one player gets a lot more powerful than the rest (i.e. a lot more lands), the other AI
players tend to conspire against that player. It happens when that's you and it also happens when
that's another AI.

Because the game refills your dice randomly it can be smart to keep inner base dice filled when
you have a lot of lands.
this way you can attack each round and refill your defences to max so that the enemy will have a
harder time to ravage you

>>2794648
this only works later in the game as in the start you will not have enough dice production to
outproduce the rest
if you have the highest dice production, use it to your damn advantage
keep them walls high

I've never felt so indignant at the actions of inanimate die.
>> [_] Anonymous 05/28/15(Thu)14:44 No.2794653
If has one land where the enemy has one die and a connected has tons, it can be a good idea to
not attack if you are feeling weak in that area, they wont be able to move to the lone die and
have to wait for it to build up
