Ok, here's the history of this piece.
Handel writes the piece as Passacaille in G Minor.
Another guy comes along in mid-early 1800's called Johan Halvorsen. He makes a branch for Violin
and Viola which we know as Passacagalia by Handel-Havorsen.
The flash that op posted is specifically a duet piano arrangement of this Handel piece.
