It's the chronological prequel to Steins;Gate, but don't get any ideas, the basis of story is a
lot different.

From the looks of it they really lucked out with Steins;Gate because Robotics;Notes is mediocre
and Chaos;Head is terrible.

>plot synopsis of Robotics;Notes
"In 2019, Kaito Yashio and Akiho Senomiya are the sole members of the Robotics Club at Central
Tanegashima High School in Kyushu, Japan. Kaito is a laid back student and a skilled gamer who is
just trying to help Akiho, his childhood friend. She is an energetic positive-thinking girl who
yearns to complete the ongoing project of the club: building a functional replica of Gunvarrel,
the main robot of a once popular TV series. As they gather new members and try to assemble the
robot, Kaito starts stumbling upon secret reports that might reveal a conspiracy of large
proportions. Unaware of what he is actually dealing with, Kaito little by little starts
discovering clues laid by the mysterious Ko Kimijima."
I don't see the connection to Steins;Gate

>plot synopsis of Chaos;Head
"Takumi Nishijō suffers from intense delusions as a result of his apparent schizophrenia and the
extremely secluded lifestyle he lives as a hikkikomori. One day he accidentally stumbles upon a
gruesome murder scene, a part of a chain of events called "New Generation". After this, his life
gets caught up in these events, and he meets a bunch of increasingly insane anime girls with
swords."
Again, I don't see how this is related to Steins;Gate

Sounds a little like toodaloo meaning goodbye but also being used like aloha as a greeting as
well.

>watch Chaos;Head
Are you mad? Chaos;Head had the worst VN adaptation EVER.
You play the VNs if at ALL possible.
Steins;Gate had an amazing adaptation, so it's encouraged to watch it (after playing the VNs).
I can't fairly say anything about Robotics;Notes since it's console-exclusive, but 99% of the
time the VN is better. However, with a lack of ports and translations, watching the adaptation is
the only real option.
However, it's mandatory to play the C;H VN. No two ways about it.

Also, as I remember, C;H tells nothing about who's in control. That largely comes from skipped
dialogue in S;G, and the plot of R;N.
