Communism works when everyone from the top down is making it work. A bee colony is the prime
example of this.
But there's a problem in that it would result in very little innovation.
As said, ambition and greed will tend to fuck up the process.
While these aren't nessissarily overly BAD traits, when they start overriding the mission for the
greater good, breeding corruption, then things go bad.
Something to consider, this is also why sending humans to the stars just will NOT work till we
find a way to deal with some of these traits.

races, drives countries, drives economies and job creation. Something which Communists do not
truly care for. And the best part is, is that the majority of the world's workers live in shit
conditions with social based economies.
