How does one go about making flashes?
I've been around the likes of Newgrounds, then YTMND, and now here for almost a decade but I've
never had the drive to actually create content. I've got more than enough subtle gifs and
soothing music to create my own.
Is it as simple as pirating Adobe Flash and smashing it all together?

Your music files gotta be something lossless like .WAV or something, otherwise it's not gonna
