Oh my friend I am not strong. I know in my life I could have stopped this behavior many years

Kill me no. Its just Insomnia which causes a lot of other stuff to happen. Insomnia medication
just didn't work for me. It either made it worse or knocked me out for the day which was
counter-productive to its original task which was to get me to be awake for school
