Nah, it's from Heavy Traffic by Ralph Bakshi, maker of the ill-conceived animated adaptation of
Lord of the Rings. The animation is rough as fuck, but its a pretty good movie considering it was
made on such a small budget.

Fucking Ralph Bakshi. I love his love of animation, despite everything he did good work for the
time. But he as a person was obviously an asshole and a moron.
