The ending is not worth it guys. If you want to see the wet turd it is yourself, the trick is to
hold S, D and the spacebar at the same time. To get over the dildos, wait until everything is dead,
then approach it while pressing W,S and spacebar.

Quality can be set prior to the title screen. Or by using the quality toggle link on swfchan.com.
Or in the standalone Flash player from the menubar.
