There is a video embedded into this swf file the way I packaged it, and it might be that if flash
is using hardware accelerated video on your system it could be causing your graphics drivers to
bug out.
Otherwise, I really don't know. If you run into pixilation on sites that have embedded flash
video players it might be the same issue.

Yup, fixed it. I had hardware acceleration turned on. The moment I turned it off, it all went
smoothly.

Try updating your graphics drivers when you get a chance. That might fix it, too.
