Flash has been hacked so fucking hard Firefox disabled it on your browser.
Please update it or switch to https://github.com/mozilla/shumway/
It uses HTML5 to emulate Flash without the shitty performance cost or security vulnerabilities.

I installed the add-on and disabled Flash, but none of the flashes load for me. Porque?

it's still early in development but Mozilla is officially making it so it's going to be updated
frequently.
Even my own flash here takes abit to load but it loads.
Give it a little time.

i am one of the last ppl to jump the bandwagon for microdick... but they did the right thing when
they made silverlight. just wish that all things flash would have been made in it. no offense to
/f/ but it would have been cool and better. never had a problem with silverlight. cant count the
probs i have had with flash though over the years

That's because the number of sites that use silverlight unironically compared to flash is so vast
that your exposure to it is limited.
Microsoft doesn't even care about silverlight as a platform anymore. They just offer security
patches to keep the few places that have adopted it accessible.

the fact it has needed nothing more than security updates and very few at that in comparison
states how much better it is than flash as a platform... that being said i never said it wasnt a
small exposure. i said it should have been receiving the exposure that flash had instead
