I have the Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate, but don't download that. It has a somewhat
"decent" quality, but otherwise it's kinda shitty program.

All I did was re-encode the source to h264/aac and used an flv container, and then used SwfH264
to wrap that in an SWF file.

Minor addendum. If you go this route, you need to use ffmpeg to generate the flv. Even if its
just copying the streams to the flv without re-encoding. Otherwise it might not work.
