If you have Windows XP, just go to you Desktop Properties > hit the "Desktop" tab > click
"Customize Desktop..." > click the "Web" tab. From there, it should be straightforward - just
browse your documents for the location of the .SWF file...
...if you're using Vista, look for a program called "Ave's DesktopSites"... it's practically the
same thing except for two key differences: 1) it's non-interactive (which isn't a problem for a
Flash like this); and 2) it streams media off the Web, so you'll have to host it on a site like
PhotoBucket first, then link it from there.

I don't know much about Macs, honestly, but one of my friends who uses a MacBook Air told me
about an application called "WebDesktop" that does almost the same thing as Ave's DesktopSites...
you should be able to find it on MacUpdate.com.

Just tried it on the five computers I have that have Vista on them and none of them had any
trouble on install or use. One Vista was fresh install, one with latest updates but otherwise
fresh, the rest were in different degrees of shit-up-the-tree

insane from that, you clearly hear where it repeats. primarily i would never put anything with
sound as my desktop in the first place, whats wrong with you?
