This is a new version of VIP. Delete any old version you have of vip.swf, vip-nostart.swf, and
vip-gold.swf. They're all crap quality. This new version is encoded in AAC and is of equal or
better quality than the old swf before the major dip in quality and without the
stuttering/skipping in certain tracks. I'm about to do the same to WAP. Special thanks to the
anon who suggested AAC.
While the old version still works, it will no longer be updated. I don't know how swfchan will
handle this, since they have the same filename and size. If someone posts a VIP and it sounds
like crap, it's the old version.

Probably a default, since in most cases .aac is a raw format, whereas .m4a is more compatible.
For example .aac doesn't work on the PSP but .m4a does.
