If for some reason you want the sound all the time, open notepad and paste the following:
<html>
<object width="x" height="y">
<param name="movie" value="somefilename.swf">
<embed src="somefilename.swf" width="x" height="y">
</embed>
</object>
</html>
Replace x and y with the dimensions of the resolution you're using, and replace somefilename.swf
with the filename of the flash. Save the file as an html file, and use the html as your desktop
background.

Just checked 'swfchan' and the song appears to be Duyvan Cowboy by Boards of Canada, another guy
spelt it Dayvan Cowboy.

You can't active desktop was removed in vista and is no longer supported by MS. In other words if
your using Windows Vista or Windows 7 you can't use html or swf as your desktop.
