Touhou game series.
The music at the beginning is a remixed Sakuya Izayoi's Theme "Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial". It may
have more songs mixed in later, I can't be bothered to listen all the way through atm.
The artist is verynezumi, check danbooru.
I think 'Nekusiv' made the flash... I don't know who that is, though.
Also swfchan.com is nice to look at previous threads about a certain flash, if no one feels like
being helpful as I do right now for some reason.
