I've been thinking about that too, it would be cool to be able to make a radio station or
playlist like this. But from what I know streaming sites charge you more than ten bux, maybe even

Just create a swf file that scans the target server for MP3's, and create a PHP script for
uploading content.
Hard Mode: Create a user-moderation function for the swf flash that lets user's vote on music
files, and deletes music that gets a low reading.

I wish I knew PHP and such, then I would. But an easier option for the voting thing may be to
simply post it from time to time on /f/ or someplace and have people post to vote for new
additions or removals. You know, like most votes gets added/removed.
