You have to make sure that each action you did increased your heart total.
I messed up for a while with the hands on breasts. I did touch them, but not enough, then when I
went back, I got the dialog. Make sure you go over everything thoroughly.
As for the dialog, not sure if there's anything after that. I'll have to decompile it to see.
