  I'm >>1013824 and I figured it out. Follow what >>1013695 says, for either the ass or her snatch.
  Let's take the snatch example:
  Lick her snatch until that button thing in the "V" circle inflates and turns yellow, then use
  your fingers until it inflates more and turns orange. Then use the dildo until it inflates all
  the way and turns red. Start to use your dick but stop after a second or two. Notice the new
  button down at the bottom? Note, this will probably only work for level 2 on up.

  PS - If you're confused about how to see yourself cumming inside her, when the cutscene is
  running, if you mouse over her snatch, you'll notice that it's clickable. Just click it ONCE and

  Ok once again I think I figured out my own question. If you're level 6 and want to see the 4th
  and 5th tortures, I believe you have to get both the V and the A icons (vaginal and ass, duh) to
  their maximum inflated state with both at their max color (red for the V-vagina and dark red for

  I don't know about the torture stuff, nor do I care. All I know is how to unlock the ability to
  do stuff with the vagina and ass.
  The three little growing things under the 8 directional bars stand for Vagina, Penis, and Anus
  (from left to right). To make them grow for vagina and ass, you must first lick either one until
  their respective orb turns yellow, then finger it until it turns orange, then use the dildo/vibe
  until it turns red. Then, you can use the penis, or, if it's the ass, the enema thing. The penis
  gauge fills up when you fuck her, and when it fills it's respective diamond, you automatically
  cum. Also, if you are building up the orbs for the v or the a, watch the pleasure meter so it
