There is a program out there that you can use to set a flash background in Windows Vista.
The one I know is called "Bytescout Movies Extractor."
Unfortunately, all I could find were trial versions. I had a full version before but my license
expired and I'm not paying for it again. Not worth it.

Nothing, unfortunately, exists like that for a mac. I'd love to have the moving desktop with
sound (i.e. as is!) on my crap top, but I'm a Mac.

I used to have this as my wallpaper (the flash not the picture) too bad the music plays with
it... (flashes with music don't really work as wallpapers)
