That was the very bad ending.
And man, that one was pretty bad.
Probably the worst, but Rin's bad endings give it a run for it's money.

You'd only need to look up a path map if you want to 100% it.
For me at least, the good endings for all five routes were easy enough to get.
You can usually get them before the bad endings as long as you do what you think what's right
when it comes to decisions.
