I believe they're making fun of the sitcom "Everybody loves Raymond". I was a little before my
time, but I would watch reruns with my parents when I was but a wee lad.

Alright, so it ran from 1996 to 2005. The voices they're doing are impressions of Ray Romano, and
they're actually pretty good. Basically I think the joke is that the things they say in this
video are the only jokes that the show really ever made. Mostly the "Mom leave us alone" and "I
don't have boundaries with my parents". Seriously, every episode just made variations on that
same joke.
