This has got to be "rotoscoped." By that I mean they used the original animation a a reference
and completely copied it, the animation's just too spot on.

First time I ever laughed at anything Touhou or likes anything Touhou.
I recognized every scene from the cartoon they mimic over and enjoyed every minute of it.
Hilarious work.
