This actually has a lot of philosophical implications about the unity of consciousness: it was a
study on people who had ALREADY had their brain divided for unrelated reasons (actually a pretty
common procedure to stop the spread of many neurodegenerative diseases). A person will make a lot
of actions with the part of the brain that's not connected to the speech center (ie. picking out
the golf ball from the bag), but will be unable to explain why they did so.
