Fanatics of Islam have been doing this stuff for years.
Their production quality has definitely increased, though.
They get disgruntled and misguided youths from around the world looking to join "the cause," but
most who make it to Islamic countries are killed. Many are killed publicly, some made into
bargaining chips, some made into sex slaves.
A rare few are trained, indoctrinated and turned back to their native countries as a cell, but
they're never treated as equals, just tools.
