windows 10 update rage

I'll admit, that last bit caught me off guard. Had a little chuckle.

Couldn't you just disable the update service

Not in windows 10!
You can delay them if you have the corporate version. Business I work for had to update all their
systems to the enterprise edition because the windows 10 updater has a nasty tendency to install
beta nVidia drivers, and it caused every single system in the building to no longer boot. I had
to roll out the new copies and quickly delay the video card update just to get us back working
again. Also, if you have custom drivers for something it will remove them and install the
standard drivers every time update triggers.
Have fun!

I don't use windows 10 but couldn't you just ctrl-alt-del, open task manager then force quit the
update service/process?

Doing that causes windows 10 to reboot your entire system, because the update process is a
'protected' core OS element. Also, if you could find a way to hack it and remove or block the
update service, it would be in violation of the Terms of Service agreement and they could (and
would if you got caught) terminate your windows license. Congrats, you just fucked yourself out
of 200 bucks.

They do when it conflicts with the entire purpose of the OS, which is to gather information and
send it to Microsoft.
>> [_] Anonymous 10/13/15(Tue)07:40:09 No.2926212
So just fucking pirate your OS, use removeWAT, and disable windows update you faggots. I haven't
installed a single windows update in years and my shit runs fine. Also get rid of windows
firewall. Just trim the fat.

I will never ever pay for windows. That was the last straw I needed for that decision.
Running on XP, and I don't need any "%¤%¤/@€£ing" updates. :)
Oh yes I had last 19 different spyware last time before I reinstalled all my shit.
Who cares. If I need something done securely, I run it with RSA and with keys I generated my self.
They are safe enough for private use. And if you need some, I can sell you some with a decent
price. Starting from 250 $ a piece.
But then I'm not leaving any contact info, so good luck contacting me.

Yes you do.
>I had last 19 different spyware last time before I reinstalled all my shit.

Sensible people.
>If I need something done securely, I run it with RSA and with keys I generated my self.
On which non-compromised computer?
>I can sell you some with a decent price.
You're retarded.
